This role is ideal for a communications professional with a passion for inclusion & diversity and the community. This individual will support the business in the delivery of strategic internal communications, with an emphasis on inclusion and diversity. This role will coordinate, communicate and participate in a range of business initiatives and projects, particularly those that support a more inclusive internal and external environment for employees, and connect them to meaningful opportunities to give back.


  • Support day-to-day communications to nearly 5,000 employees through channels including an intranet, employee-facing TVs, text messaging, email messaging and events.
  • Bring a creative lens to our strategic communications team to help create engaging messaging and events to connect and inform employees across our 275+ locations.
  • Plan and organize approved inclusion & diversity and community projects, including drafting communication and overseeing details.
  • Engage with the company’s Inclusion & Diversity Council and our Inclusiveness Resource Teams (IRTs) to strengthen their messaging and impact.
  • Serve as an internal ambassador for our “Committed to Inclusion & Diversity” and “Community Focused” values and help to bring them to life.
  • Support training and education efforts for our workforce on our charitable giving program and work to increase utilization through administration support of our platform


Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Journalism, Communications (or related field) or commensurate years of work experience required. Minimum of two years of work experience required. Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments required to be successful in this role. Travel requirement: Approximately 10% (depending on events and field needs).

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous experience writing and editing in a corporate environment, working with employee resource groups and non-profit organizations preferred.
