Mobile Mini are the world leading provider for portable storage solutions and supply to industries, including construction companies, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors.

We are actively seeking a Office Administrator to join our Southampton branch! This is an exciting part time position to join our MM team, 25 hours per week. 

About You 

We are looking for an individual who has good communication and can be hands on with problem solving. We take pride in working together as a team, which enables us to ensure that our container fleet is maintained to the best quality for our values customer. You will have experience of the hire industry; however, this is not essential! We will provide training.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about having a hands on approach their work whilst leading from the front. We are looking for an individual with good communication and problem solving skills, a strong leader that possesses a high quality standard and influences others to take the same approach.

  • Responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks within the Branch
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
  • Answering internal and external calls
  • Invoice queries, service requests and breakdowns on site
  • Raising purchase orders as and when required
  • General filing
  • Other general administrative duties as required by the branch
  • Takes the initiative and seeks out additional work wherever possible
  • Is willing to help out other employees
  • Personally takes responsibility for making it easy for all customers
