Regional Sales Support

To assist Regional Account Managers as directed by the Head of Region by managing all sales support responsibilities including; reviewing and distributing sales related documents, creating new sales opportunities and leads, administration of service requests and off hires, prepare and distribute sales reports, prepare and send quotations and data as requested.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing all sales support responsibilities including Off hires, Invoice Queries, Relocations, Service Requests through to completion.
  • Acting as back up contact for any Regional Account Manager absent from the business
  • Managing sales pipeline and reviewing overdue opportunities for Regional Account Managers
  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring all requests for information are supplied in a timely manner
  • Support Regional Team Leader + ISR team as directed by Head of Region if required
  • Compiling Sales reports for Heads of Region, Regional Account Managers as required
  • Source new sales leads and opportunities for Regional Account Managers by reviewing Glenigan
  • Monitor Salesforce compliance and ensure all Regional Account Managers are diarizing field visits and calls
  • Coordinate with other departments and depots to successfully resolve all sales support responsibilities.
  • Answering Incoming calls and managing queries through to resolution.
  • Processing orders as required

Competencies and qualifications:

  • Ability to organise workload in order of importance and able to prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Outstanding communication skills to keep all departments and individuals involved in any updates or changes to orders or admin tasks.
  • Ability to influence team members and engage with Regional Account Managers to ensure compliance on systems and tasks.
  • Focused and motivated to complete tasks to a high standard and on time.
  • Strong customer care skills with ability to develop relationship with clients.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail who can multitask a wide variety of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Punctual.
  • Professional, passionate and enthusiastic personality who is a very dependable character.
  • Good computer skills including strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Salesforce knowledge is desirable.
