HR Internal Recruiter

We are looking for a results- driven HR Internal Recruiter to grow and develop the resourcing function to ensure that we continue to attract and retain talented people with the skills which we require to support our ongoing business growth. You will work closely with the hiring managers across the UK to support the business needs, developing recruitment strategies, implementing recruitment campaigns and ensuring continuous improvement of skills and processes, working within a thriving competitive market, delivering a great employer brand and candidate experience. The successful candidate will have fantastic communication skills, a positive approach and the ability to converse with people at all levels. We are looking for a team player who is willing to roll their sleeves up and help their HR colleagues when required, all within a friendly, supportive and talented team.

What you will do on a daily basis:-

  • Develop recruitment plans, strategies and campaigns to meet the needs of the business
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Proactively source and attract high calibre candidates using various methods including social media, job boards and referrals
  • Engage stakeholder networks and encourage the development of networks to reach active/passive candidates
  • Build a pipeline of talented sales candidates due to ongoing growth within the sales organisation
  • Develop a suite of recruitment methods to increase employer branding and awareness across the UK
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Undertake screening of applicants on behalf of hiring managers, collating competent shortlists
  • Support hiring managers with interviews when required
  • Support the upskill of less experienced hiring managers providing them with coaching and guidance
  • Liaise with hiring managers for candidate feedback
  • Work closely with managers to review the current assessment and testing processes and ensure that they are fit for purpose
  • Promote and further develop additional assessments including assessment centres for key roles in the business
  • Review resourcing campaigns and candidate feedback to drive best practice and continual improvement
  • Work closely with managers to understand future recruitment needs of the business to enable the development of talent pipelines
  • Identify and monitor KPI’s in particular time and cost to hire to the business, implementing strategies and actions to drive improvement
  • Work with the wider HR Team on resourcing projects and plans including apprentice programmes and future talent

Skills that are required for the role:-

  • Highly motivated individual with the desire to make a difference
  • Proven track record within proactive recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Proficient with online recruitment methods, social media and applicant tracking software
  • Experience of advising and coaching managers on recruitment
  • Understands the relevant legislation governing recruitment and employment
  • Excellent organisation skills and experience of administering testing and selection methods
  • Experience of independently introducing recruitment/resourcing improvements would be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Evidence of continuous personal development
