ABOUT THE JOB:

Do you have an innate ability to establish deep, long-term relationships based on trust, accountability, and outstanding service? Do you want to develop customized solutions to your client’s unique challenges? Do you enjoy the hunt for acquiring new business? Our Regional Inside Sales Reps are the front line of the business; critical to driving revenue and the customer experience!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Works closely and professionally to support Territory Sales Representatives in a designated region to provide best in class storage products and services
  • Conduct high volume prospecting calls utilizing provided lead sources including corporate marketing lists, Dodge reports, referrals, local media, etc.
  • Effectively communicate Mobile Mini’s value proposition to customers, and effectively execute our designed sales process to increase sales and revenue
  • Understand Mobile Mini’s Essentials Service offerings along with any future offerings to proactively sell the offerings to all customers
  • Utilize Salesforce system to track performance and manage customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers to ensure best value is achieved.
  • Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make any necessary adjustments necessary to meet or exceed all goals and objectives.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling and solution selling experiences are pluses
  • Previous successful phone selling skills preferred
  • High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment.
  • A positive can-do, will-do attitude with a winning mindset.
