Modular Construction Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB:

(Charlotte, NC) Oversee all aspects of modular construction function.  Oversee commercial modular projects for the Eastern region of the US by executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing back-end construction phases of custom construction projects.  Manage sales, technical, project and customer support.  Interact with customers, customer representatives, local officials, vendors and other key project stakeholders to ensure high success rate and profitability.  Execute on developed scopes of work, monitor and control all aspects of modular construction project progress and results, manage costs and resources and ensure quality products are presented to end user.  Review and negotiate subcontractor quotes and delineate subcontractor scopes of work and knowledge of the specialized tools and methodologies that are critical to overseeing the modular construction function, including REVIT for design ad virtual pre-construction of projects.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or closely related field and two years of experience as Project Manager or related position overseeing modular construction projects.
