Lead the Asset Recovery team within the Collections department.  Lead the development and improvement of the business’ recovery efforts, partnering with 3rd Party agencies and law firms.  The position will also be responsible for the write off process. 


Lead team responsible for managing the write off and 3rd Party placements, maximizing recovery of cash and company assets.

 Responsibility for bankruptcy process, including filing of legal documents and dealing with ongoing communication and correspondence with all concerned parties.

 Oversee recovery collectors’ efforts to recover assets and open A/R to minimize potential bad debt loss.

 Responsibility for the company Repossession and missing unit processes. 

 Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and understand any gaps in daily processing flows.


Experience in legal collections or Recovery.

1+ year of Supervision experience preferred.   

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
