ABOUT THE JOB:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Planning, designing, implementing and monitoring an overall risk management process.
  • Ensure policies and procedures within Credit Control reflect best practice and SOX compliance and supply support, education and training where necessary.
  • Perform SOX testing quarterly across the credit department.
  • Be responsible for performing process risk reviews prior to any changes to or introduction of processes within the credit department.
  • Conduct reviews of policy and compliance to standards including liaison with internal and external auditors.
  • Administer daily/weekly/monthly exception reports liaising with the branch network and sales managers as required to maintain controls on billing anomalies and contract amendments.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a credit department environment using SAP.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in risk management & SOX 404 compliance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel (vlookup/pivot tables) and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
