Digital Sales Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to take digital inquires and sell Mobile Mini products and services to customers located throughout North America.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle digital inquires for the purpose of matching our products and services to each customer’s needs, where appropriate route callers to internal resources
  • Obtain and document customer information and their needs for future follow-up to secure business
  • Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
  • Write orders for customers
  • Interact with branch personnel to fulfill customer orders
  • Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job

  • Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
  • MS Office Suite
  • Salesforce.com
  • SAP
  • Descartes

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years’ sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
  • Intermediate computer skills
