As the Director of Growth Programs, you are responsible for driving the company's growth by increasing its customer base and identifying new business opportunities. You will lead a team of growth leaders, plan/execute growth strategies, and work closely with multiple teams, including marketing, sales, product development, finance, and market analytics to increase our customer base, increase product penetration, expand into adjacent markets, and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for sales campaigns, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign strategies (expansion, business development, win-back, break-in, adjacency expansion, etc.).
  • Create and manage sales campaigns that target specific customer segments and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop compelling campaign messaging and materials.
  • Partner with Product Mgmt to refine our GTM, improve our Space solutions positioning, expand our offerings, and accelerate value-added product up-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and gather actionable insights.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead a team of campaign managers and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate campaign progress and results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between campaign strategies and sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in sales campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in strategic sales campaign planning, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
