The Director, Sales Operations will lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals that collaborate with sales, operations, product, marketing, and other stakeholders to support various go-to-market strategies that sustain and accelerate sales/business growth.


  • Responsible for developing and driving key strategic initiatives focused on sales efficiency, productivity, and process strategies that enable agile delivery on insights to increase business/sales growth and overall performance
  • Collaborates with Sales Leadership to develop and oversee various dashboards that report on sales performance metrics, benchmarks, trends, and ad hoc requests. 
  • Establishes sales and business requirements along with design/implementation/continuous improvement for various sales technology, database, and other information technology platforms/programs 
  • Participates and advises Sales Leadership during annual/quarterly planning and forecasting processes, including development of sales plans, territory planning models, and provides recommendations for any identified gaps  
  • Responsible for maintaining SFDC data accuracy for territory and account assignments, goals, account hierarchy, and age of pipeline, tasks, and projects
  • Actively documents and creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to business process changes and communicates to the sales organization
  • Partners with IT to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for commercial related updates or enhancements


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years progressive advancement in Sales Operational roles


Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • Salesforce, Tableau, SAP Business objects, Database Tools
