At WillScot Mobile Mini, the Enterprise Accounts Manager role is dedicated to driving revenue and market penetration in vertical markets through proactive business development efforts and management of a national account portfolio. In this role, you will be providing tailored storage solutions, fostering expansion within client divisions, and capitalizing on new business prospects. The ideal candidate as proven experience identifying and cultivating customer relationships across Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Retail, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors. Collaboration with internal sales representatives is essential for acquiring and nurturing national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Recruit, negotiate and sign-on new national accounts, market development and building a strong pipeline of customers/accounts
  • Design and develop pricing strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and planning to identify business opportunities within vertical markets with our customers and prospects
  • Coordinate activities in support of the Channel, including Account and Market launches, communications and key metrics
  • Prepare weekly plans to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Proactively reach out to new/perspective clients to set-up meetings and presentations
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results
  • Work in conjunction with National Account Coordinators to grow accounts and in resolving customer service issues
  • Complete necessary reporting, contract documentation and negotiations
  • Build and leverage industry specific value messaging
  • Contract negotiations for renewals for expiring/delinquent contracts and rate increases


  • 5 years’ experience of demonstrated successful sales experience in a position that involved negotiating complex transactions
  • 3 years’ outside sales experience, required
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite executives
  • Proven track record of new account growth and financial acumen
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 4-year college degree, preferred
  • Up to 60% overnight travel
