National Accounts Coordinator

ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow an existing account base by building and maintaining customer relationships with assigned accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and pursues new sales contact/service opportunities to grow existing accounts and revenue
  • Manages daily administration of assigned large/national accounts including order processing and resolving service issues
  • Works with branches to confirm inventory availability and schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and cross hires
  • Provides quotes to customers, positions Mobile Mini value
  • Compiles reports as requested by customers for revenue spend and on-hire reports of units on rent
  • Seek out new contacts and partner with existing ones by offering solutions to improve their business
  • Drive revenue by effectively addressing the customer’s needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone
  • Document all activities in Salesforce.com
  • Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or at least 1 years of sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
