National Accounts Receivable Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to be the single point of contact for high profile National Accounts across all customer locations and management, as well as Mobile Mini management, to answer any billing questions and maintain a current status on accounts receivable.  This person will support reporting and analytics.  Also will look for process improveents and efficiencies in the billing and reporting process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Understand entire customer-specific processes for assigned National Accounts starting with PO creation through invoice submission.
  • Be a subject matter expert with customer specific technology and all associated portals.
  • Receive and make calls to customers to answer questions or research their accounts, and develop a follow up and tracking system.
  • Work closely with other internal resources and branches on issues surrounding customer rentals
  • Monitor customer-specific email inboxes and answer all questions timely.
  • Train and communicate on customer-specific requirements to Mobile Mini team members involved in the account, including Sales, Operations and AR team.
  • Establish policies and procedures for Mobile Mini to follow to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, and monitor adherence to those policies.
  • Address any issues or disputes related to the invoices from the customer store locations or customer management.
  • Provide monthly reports to customer management on open accounts receivable, open contracts, status of all accounts assigned to them and other reports as necessary
  • Work closely with Mobile Mini National Accounts team and business as a liaison for issues relating to accounts receivable
  • Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology preferred.
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Works well in collaborative/team environment
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to understand and deliver on the strategy
