This role requires a dependable and knowledgeable resource that can be a valuable contributor to the payroll team.


  • Believes and supports our Company Values 
  • Complies with all Williams Scotsman Mobile Mini Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies
  • Maintain payroll inbox and ensure timely response 
  • Assist with payroll inquiries via telephone and chat 
  • Process Terminations and maintain termination master 
  • Certified Payroll & OCIP reporting & fringe rate maintenance
  • New hire reporting
  • Worker’s Compensation reporting 
  • Time & Attendance support, corrections, reporting, exporting & validating hours 
  • Payroll uploads
  • Prepare payroll balancing sheet 
  • ADP password resets and general troubleshooting assistance
  • Assist with off cycle request log, process, review 
  • Month end Accounting reporting & research
  • ADP wage, tax, garnishment reporting
  • Assist with benefit maintenance & other HR support 
  • Various payroll reporting for different areas of the business 
  • Scanning/triaging payroll mail 
  • This is a team based role and may assist in other aspects of HR as well as help drive our Company’s Strategies and promote our Mission, Vision and Values. WSC has a highly collaborative culture and the successful candidate will work effectively with a broad group of senior executives and peers to perform the above responsibilities.  
  • Utilizes and deploys proactive customer relationship management techniques
  • Frontline of Payroll department visitors, emails, calls
  • Treats all employees as priority customers and addresses their inquiries timely and efficiently


  • 3+ years’ payroll experience
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Professional presence with which to interact internally at all levels of the organization
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with heightened sense of confidentiality and information security
  • Ability to use multiple HRIS systems to produce various reports and analyze data
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute core responsibilities
  • Experience with SAP or ADP Workforce Now is required
