ABOUT THE JOB:

The SAP Security Analyst will design, develop, implement, and support SAP Security for WillScot Mobile Mini’s SAP ECC and CP GRC systems. This position will require senior level knowledge and experience of security frameworks, designs, solutions, and architecture. The individual will drive continuous improvements in the CP GRC environment with automations, proper workflow and audit compliant processes. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the SAP security design and development in SAP ECC on HANA and CP GRC
  • Develop SAP Security strategies, architecture, policies, procedures, and implementation plans
  • Be a hands-on SAP Security expert and prepare / review project deliverables to ensure they meet project objectives
  • Work with the business and project teams to gather access requirements and analyze them for SOD conflicts within the enterprise
  • Align SAP security authorizations with SOX Controls to ensure compliance
  • Design and develop processes and techniques for ongoing testing and validation of SAP controls
  • Drive remediation plans for audit and compliance related findings
  • Identify process improvements and confirm audit compliance
  • Perform daily monitoring and oversight to ensure security compliance and audit readiness
  • Participate and facilitate post Go-Live and support activities
  • Develop training documents and provide training to stakeholders (business, internal audit, IT) for projects
  • Responsible for driving SoD mitigation review and solutions by collaborating with business and Internal Audit 
  • Provide security solutions on risk related items to the project team and the business stakeholders
  • Responsible for configuration and review of GRC process workflows

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CIS preferred 
  • 10+ years of SAP Security development experience
  • Knowledge of software systems development life cycle 
  • Experience working in a SOX compliant environment
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across various levels of the organization
  • Experience with a GRC application for centralized risk management, compliant provisioning, and role administration
  • Experience in managing Segregation of Duties (SOD) Risks, applying mitigation controls, monitoring sensitive access and elevated privileges
  • Experience with leading a User Access Review from Security perspective – manual or with GRC system
  • Experience with automation/workflows and solutions 
  • Full knowledge of the SoD/Sensitive Access (Technical) rulebook concept and framework reporting and analysis
