Sales Operations Coordinator

Come join Mobile Mini as we continue to grow and develop our sales operations team! We're currently looking to hire a rock star that can assist with the maintenance and administrative tasks of a special project as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role will perform daily review and audit of new customer accounts to prevent and remove duplicates and ensure they are placed correctly within Mobile Mini's customer hierarchy.
What You’ll Do as the Sales Operations Coordinator:

•    Review new accounts to determine if they were placed correctly within each customer hierarchy
•    Update accounts and contracts that are duplicates and/or not located in the correct customer structure
•    Audit and research accounts that do not get an automatic hierarchy match using various tools
•    Review and update duplicate accounts on an on-going cycle
•    Make recommendations for changes to duplicate rules as needed based on research
•    Create and document best practices for maintaining the customer hierarchy
•    Build out white space customer tree for new customers
•    Review and maintain white space locations for existing customer
•    Provide necessary or requested data for monthly customer reporting
•    Support the sales team, ensuring all new & existing customers are supported as requested by Account Owner
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams like billing, credit, collections, sales support and national accounts
•    Compile ad-hoc data reports and extracts from company’s data warehouse
•    Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to be a Successful Sales Operations Coordinator:
•    High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    Salesforce experience required 
•    Proven experience in sales operations or in other administrative positions is a plus
•    High degree of attention to detail
•    Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Suite
•    Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
•    Communicate clearly: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor
•    SAP experience preferred
