We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to manage this function as it relates to the planning, reporting, sales process optimization, national accounts program implementation, and ownership of territory and account management.


What You’ll Do as the Sales Operations Manager:
•    Manage territory management and headcount alignment
•    Become the SME and main point of contact for sales reporting and enhancements
•    Run Daily and Monthly Reporting (All things activations, revenue, UOR)
•    Own the sales reporting universe; Terms, definitions, and business alignment in addition to cleanup, maintenance, and consistency in sales KPI’s.
•    Handle the work for website enhancements and ReserveNow (chat) performance
•    Advise sales leadership on how best to act on data points and insights
•    Own the maintenance and accuracy of accounts (Customer Hierarchy and Account Management)
•    Manage successful Salesforce.com roll outs for various sales team including National Accounts
•    Control ISR Quick links management and contract compliance for National Accounts
•    Own all things service channel related for large customers and process oriented improvement
•    Work closely with pricing team to validate profitability on each deal
•    Design the deal review process for the company.
•    Oversee the Web Portal Support for large national account customers and development of customer benefits
•    Handle SAP Management as it relates to National Accounts and Account Hierarchy
•    Identify and remove barriers as it relates to National Account customers and process improvement throughout
•    Assist with vendor contract management, PO creation, and sales budget maintenance
•    Supervise the Sales Operations Coordinator with reporting and analytics
•    Other duties as assigned


What You’ll Need to be a Successful Sales Operations Manager: 
•    3+ years of sales analytics experience required
•    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
•    Recent experience coordinating sales deals
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well under pressure of heavy workloads and timing deadlines.
•    Strong organization skills and accuracy
•    Salesforce.com experience, D&B SIC data, CPQ, Demand Tools, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Data Loader, and Reporting/Dashboards a plus
•    Tableau and Business Objects experience preferred 
•    Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel
•    Ability to multi-task effectively
•    Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
