The primary focus of this position is to assist the Manage Services sales team in completing rental contracts for products and services, as well as, interacting with customers on a variety of topics to help enhance the customer experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to customer regarding:
    1. Products and services
    2. Research misapplied payments
    3. Process credit memos and write-offs
    4. Activate and deactivate contracts
    5. Update purchase orders, address and name changes
    6. Process invoices by spreadsheet or manual processing
  • Collect and verify account information for assigned ISR's
  • Accurately price and understand product offerings to create proposals and contracts for the sales team
  • Produce ad-hoc customer reports
  • Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating, will be able to assist with write offs and credit memos
  • Interact with vendors to fulfill customer orders
  • Handles complicated contract issues and may assist with excalated customer complaints
  • Mentor and assist less experienced team members
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 years’ sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
  • Strong research and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
