The Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Experience serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organizations website(s), handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, site performance and metrics, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, and various updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company. This role will partner with external partners as well as IT, Marketing colleagues and other functions within WSMM to execute on the objectives.


  • Develops and maintains website(s), forms, and structures in accordance with the organization’s needs in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and related departments.  Drives digital customer experience program.
  • Encourages and facilitates consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organization’s web properties.
  • Leads search engine marketing and search engine optimization efforts; Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data to optimize performance in time on site, web traffic, web lead conversion and other relevant metrics and engages marketing colleagues accordingly to implement.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; software licenses; and applicable state and federal laws and regulations including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
  • Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology; recommends enhancements in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provides input into digital customer strategy development; participates in execution.
  • Manage relationships with external partners involved in WSMM web presence.


Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.  10+ years of experience in website management, analytics, and design, as well as SEO, in a B2B organization.


Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • Results oriented; drive and desire to build a commercial career (marketing, sales, sales effectiveness); Time management skills; Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and SEO best practices and standard; Experience running website consolidations and standing up new websites; Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems, applications, and tools used by the organization; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience effectively working in a matrixed organization.  Growth mindset.
